All orders carry a 30 day defective merchandise guarantee. When you refer a buyer to us, we depend on their satisfaction to confirm the trust you have placed in us as a marketing partner.  If they are not satisfied, we will make it right.

Cienega Creek Distributing, LLC, Tucson, Az., is the exclusive dropshipper for Nature Glasses.  All shipments will originate there and will bear their return address.  Any customer service issues will be promptly and satisfactorily resolved by Cienega Creek Distributing.

We ship priority mail within the continental US only.  Customers can expect a 3-5 day delivery from the date shipped and all orders will recieve an e-mail confirmation when an order is placed.  Average turnaround to recieve an order is 5-7 business days.

Commission checks will be mailed to our affiliates each month for commissions earned in the previous month.  

We reserve the right to refuse to enter into, or to terminate, an affiliate relationship at any time for any reason deemed by us to be appropriate.  Affiliates must only contain website content which we consider to be appropriate for family viewing.  Any legitimately earned commissions due at the time of such termination shall be paid in full.

Affiliates reserve the right to terminate the relationship, through email notification, for any reason at any time, and shall receive all legitimately earned unpaid commissions.
